HMRC has issued a temporary VAT zero rating policy for various items of PPE used for protection from infection.
If you have purchased an item of PPE from us which you are using for infection protection and you believe should be zero rated for VAT purposes, please contact our sales office detailing your order number and the product code of the item you purchased. The sales office will be able to arrange a re-invoicing and refund of VAT where applicable.
